The Opportunity: The Landscape Enhancement Team Member is responsible to operate as a team to provide weekly landscape enhancement service for commercial and residential clients. Includes, but may not be limited to shrub trimming, plantings, mulch, retaining walls, and other installation techniques.

Your Day to Day:   

• Enhancement/installation/maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Knowledge of sod, shrub trimming, plantings, mulch, retaining walls, and other installation techniques.
• Demonstrated knowledge of machinery including but not limited to: dingo, sod-cutter, cement saws, chainsaws, rototiller, aerators, and power-washers.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills) – Must Haves:  

• 1 year of lawn maintenance and/or installation experience; required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and operation of all lawn maintenance equipment listed above.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run; required
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times; required

It’d Be Nice If You Have:  

• Chauffeur’s/CDL with DOT Card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Roseville, MI 48066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Landscaping: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
