Paid Vacation

• 40 hours per year (monthly accrual). Accrual period starts January 1. The Paid Vacation balance will be prorated for the year depending on the start date.

Paid Holidays

• Seven paid holidays per year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading in a pattern called lacing, and unloading tires from trailers. The weight of the tires may range from 20lbs up to 70lbs

• Inspection of tires by following our quality control methods

• Follow and comply with all company safety standards, work rules, and regulations

• Notify shift supervisor of any equipment or quality issues or problems

• Perform all required equipment and department housekeeping

• Participate in training, team meetings, retraining and continual improvement processes, and methods

• Additional responsibilities as assigned
