LAB TECHNICIAN

Labor Finders is immediately looking to hire LAB TECHNICIANS for an area company that has an immediate need.

Position: Lab Technicians & Lab Assistants (Entry Level) Location: Vallejo

Pay: Lab Assistants $20-$22/Hour / Lab Technicians Start Date: ASAP

Experience Needed: Associates in Science OR completion of a college CHEMISTRY CLASS. No experience necessary otherwise.

Job Overview: Looking for individuals to support & assist in a laboratory analysis for a company that deals with testing of products in the environmental and natural resources sectors.

Job Duties:

• Receive, label and analyze samples.
• Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
• Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
• Record all data and results in specified forms.
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies (calibration, etc.)
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
• Completion of college chemistry class OR an Associates Degree in Science.
