Job Descriptions:

Duration : 12 Months (High possibility of extension)

Shift : Monday – Friday, 02 PM to 10:00 PM

Sample Management:

• Archive Request- Request submitted from the Customer or Order Entry team. These samples need to be pulled and processed for another test request.

• Lean Kit- Lean Kit is a tracking software used for CAPA investigations, Extracts, and Archive Request.

• Pulling Retest Jobs- Using a list provided by PowerBI, pull jobs that contain samples that require a retest in the Lab.

• LMS- Software used for corporate and Lab training.

• Location Management- Software used to track locations of jobs, samples, and plates.

• Power BI- Software used for all Lab information (I.E Aging List, Metrics, ETC)

• Sample Receipt- Receive samples in the mail from customers. This includes checking in the samples and providing the necessary paperwork to the Order Entry Team. Being responsible to scanning Packages logged from day before or current day via machine or manually.

• Freezer Management- Keeping the inventory of 96-well plates up to date. This will allow Technicians to use the Location Management tool to find plates for necessary Archive Pulls or samples that need a retest. This includes a Bi-yearly inventory of all the ZAG freezers.

• Shipping- Using the company Zone for shipping samples or other materials to customers.

• Archiving- Use the Location Management tool to scan the physical location of a job envelope so it can be found later.

• Sample Returns- Using PowerBI, generate a list on a weekly basis of samples that are required to be sent back to certain customers.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent (BS Preferred).

• Experience managing inventory of supplies and/or records preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Sharepoint.

• Strong communication skills, time management skills, team orientation, and work ethic.

• Must be detail oriented and accurate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Kalamazoo, MI 49001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
