Position Summary:

Provide reporting, analysis and interpretation to key stakeholders regarding pharmacy compliance matters, including medication errors, suspicious controlled substance dispensing/ordering and improper dispensing/billing of prescriptions. Develop and maintain comprehensive analyses for assigned projects. Provide summary reports and deliver clear/concise communications to key stakeholders explaining analyses. Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare, analyze and distribute ad-hoc and quarterly compliance reports for all Kroger pharmacies throughout the divisions
• Provide ad-hoc reviews, analyses and interpretation of results to divisions, stores, and prescribers that exhibit potential high risk dispensing/prescribing practices and/or those with outstanding compliance issues to discover issues that need addressed; communicate findings to pharmacy compliance managers and divisions
• Conduct the initial review of reports for completeness and accuracy
• Serve as a liaison to divisions to answer initial questions regarding reports
• Support the Controlled Substance Compliance Manager with compiling and communicating results of compliance reports to all divisions
• Develop necessary reporting to conduct compliance audits
• Provide assistance to Compliance Managers on major projects
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience utilizing analytics to identify trends, outliers and opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to use database reporting programs
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
• Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as participate on group projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to organize and prioritize work based on changing and challenging deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in retail pharmacy
• Regulatory compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of Business Objects
