TITLE: Knowledge Manager (KM) – Senior
LOCATION: Fort Meade, MD
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as a Knowledge Manager (KM) at the Senior-level supporting the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located on Fort Meade, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
- Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
- Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to: search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
- Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
- Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes in order to better align them with organization mission needs and priorities.
- Acts as the conduit between a variety of J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to ensure KM requirements are incorporated into the overall requirement management cycle.
- Identifies organization customers and suppliers; identifying key processes and documenting as needed; designing, documenting and assessing new processes and all related DoD and Intelligence Community policies; and planning for new processes to include related changes in technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant technical experience. 12 years of relevant technical experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
