Kitchen Management Position:Now hiring for Kitchen Management Position for vibrant, up-and-coming restaurant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining busy with high volume sales. Existing recipes, menus, and team is in place. Must have kitchen management experience. Manage and help grow our business.
Kitchen Management duties include:
Open availability, but Weekends and Night work to ensure consistency is met for dinner pushes. Average week will have 45 hours of work.
Primary Personnel supervisor of kitchen staff. Hiring, training, and disciplining of team members.
Inventory and ordering
Maintenance of equipment (all equipment in great shape)
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen
Work with general manager on menus and fulfill all duties not mentioned here.
Compensation
Salary $45,000-50,000 a year.
Free shift meals, and 50% off meals at other times.
Health, Dental, and Vision benefit options after 60 days.
Bonus at year end.
First qualified candidate will be accepted. Must be ready to work, even if in part time basis, if working out a notice at another job.
