Kids Inc. is a school-based enrichment and academic support program that provides safe, quality care and embedded learning for children during the after-school hours. The program operates from after school until 6:00 p.m. and is designed for children who will benefit from enrichment activities in groups with a 15 to 1 ratio.

What Makes You a Good Fit?
- Experience in childcare and/or working with K-5th grade youth preferred.
- Ability to:
- Supervise and interact with children during enrichment activities, recreation, and choice time.
- Plan and implement daily and weekly student enrichment activities.
- Redirection of children where appropriate.
- Demonstrate imagination and resourcefulness in working with assigned students.
- Assist in directing the daily operation of the Kids Inc. Program and perform other duties as assigned.

- Typical Shift: Monday-Friday 2-6 PM*
