Wilford & Lee is a local home decor business looking for a retail Key Holder in our Bonita location. A Key Holder helps lead other members of the team and makes sure that operational tasks and procedures associated with opening and closing the store are accurately accomplished.

As a Key Holder, you are a role model for other employees when it comes to customer interactions, workplace decisions, and product knowledge/presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Be a reliable and dependable member of the team

• Communicate easily and clearly with management, coworkers, and customers

• Follow established protocol

• Multitask with both sales associate tasks as well as tasks given by management

• Successfully open/close the store when necessary

• Ability to problem solve

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience

• At least 24 hours of availability with weekend availability included

• Physically able to climb ladders and pull merchandise off of the walls

• Able to stand/ walk for scheduled shift

• Experience working with Point of Sale Systems and computer

• Visual merchandising experience considered a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
