Camp Bow Wow North America's largest provider of pet care services is looking for a supervisor that would like to work in a friendly high pace environment ensuring the safety and security of Dogs. High computer and phone work, customer and Camper / Dog contact daily.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Must work Saturday from 1pm - 7pm & Sunday 4pm - 7pm

- Greet and welcome all customers and campers in a friendly and professional
manner.

- Politely and professionally respond in person and by telephone to inquires
regarding services and prices.

- Addressing customers complaints and resolving problems.

- Direct and supervise all hourly staff.

- Conduct dog-screening interviews and assist all Camp Counselors during this process.

- Schedule dogs for applicable evaluation and/or day and overnight camping appointments.

- Ensures Daily Shifts Checklists and Schedules are followed by all staff.

- Oversee facility upkeep/operations including sweeping & mopping.

- Opening and closing the facility.

- Overseeing and assisting with Pet care.

- Assist with the development and maintenance of an employee training program.

- Promote sales in the form of group/bulk service packages, retail, food,
bath/grooming, next reservations, etc.

- Keep track of specific and individual details regarding Campers, their parents, specific details of incidents, etc. so that appropiate acctions, measures and responses can be completed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Time Management and project management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-3 years management experience required.

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience with dogs a plus.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Be able to lift dog food and supplies.

- Constantly walk and/or stand entire shift.

REPORTING

- Owner and Camp Manager.

AVAILABILITY

- Full time, hourly position. Camps are open 7 days a week so weekends and holidays are required but time off is permitted with advance notice.
