IT Junior System Administrator (Entry Level) – MSP
Our company is the next-gen style Cloud Service Provider. Our business continues to grow rapidly and we seeking a IT Junior System Administrator (Entry Level) – MSP to us full time. We are seeking to find long term member who ready to gain hands on experience and work in a team environment. The IT Junior System Administrator (Entry Level) – MSP will be working in a team environment to resolve any issues that might arise. You will be working closely with M365, GPO, AD and MAC environments. You will also be able to work along the project team on task that they assign.
IT Junior System Administrator (Entry Level) – MSP Duties:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Experience and understanding with Active Directory, Group Policy, and M365
