Job description

• We are a small commercial general contractor looking for a qualified carpenter who is dependable and possesses the skills to work and run projects in the commercial marketplace. You should have the following skills
• Be able to read blueprints and plans to provide a final product to meet the needs of our clients.
• Handle any job site issues to maintain the progress of the project.
• Be able to communicate with office, and project managers.
• Construct building framework, including steel stud walls and drywall.
• Install commercial doorframes, solid wood commercial doors and door hardware.
• Install millwork and finishes including restroom hardware, hollow metal framed windows and shelving
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Drywall, Tape and Mud
• Acoustical Ceilings
• Instruct and direct laborers and other construction trades
• Candidate must have all his own hand tools.
• You must also have your own means of transportation to get to the worksite with current insurance coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
