Medwiz Pharmacy of Massachusetts is looking to hire a IV Pharmacy Supervisor-LTC Pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing excellent service to our long term care facilities.
Job Description:
· Responsible for adherence to USP 795 and 795 standards for the pharmacy's IV Program
· Responsible for policy creation and implementation for IV related processes
· Responsible for training current and future staff, both Pharmacists and Technicians on the IV program
· Assist in the creation of Root Cause and Corrective Action Plan development and implementation
· Perform other staff pharmacist duties when needed
3. Experience/Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of IV products and compounding procedures
- Working knowledge of USP 797 and 795 Standards
- Experience with working regualtory agencies (MA BOP, DPH) preferred
- Experience in leading teams of Pharmacists and Technicians
- Knowledge of dosing parameters (renal, aminoglycosides, etc)
- MA Registered Pharmacist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,995.28 - $103,625.05 per year

- 8 hour shift
