Responsibilities:
- Support for O365 Management suite (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Technical assistance to end users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- PC hardware and software support.
- Mobile Device support (IOS, Android).
- Intermediate Phone and Network Support.
- Inventory Management.
- Remote desktop control and support.
- Printer support (configuration, driver installs).
- Operating system support.
- Answering and recording inbound calls and emails requests, resolves customer issues, opens, and takes ownership of problems, and opens requests.
- Active directory user creation and maintenance
- Participate in the afterhours on call rotation.
- Associates Degree required.
- Looking for 1-2 years’ experience, but willing to train a recent grad or someone looking to change careers and start in IT.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and translate information between technical and non-technical parties.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
- Understanding of networking and server administration a plus.
- Great with computers, tech savvy with a high aptitude for learning technology.
- Prior work with Windows Operating systems.
- Proficient use of Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment; strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are a must.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a desire for continual learning.
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted.
