Position Summary: The IT specialist maintains information technology strategies by researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. Experience with server administration, cloud based backup, Meraki networks, and the Webex phone is preferred.
Employment Type: Full- Time
Location: Mansfield, OH. This position is Work From Home (WFH) Flexible. Must be able to report to our locations in Richland and surrounding counties multiple times per week.
Salary/Wages: Starting at $44,440, commensurate with experience.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintains all hardware for the organization.
- Maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
- Maintains all software and upgrades for the various IT systems.
- Maintains website.
- Provides troubleshooting with regards to software, hardware, telecommunications, and networking for the organization.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirement
- Must maintain administrator user status for all Medical and Dental health records systems.
- Must maintain administrator user status for the Practice Management system.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments.
- Attends staff meetings, conferences, seminars and serves on committees as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: Comprehensive knowledge of all available services provided at TSFHS, community resources, interviewing techniques, interpersonal communication strategies, and computer software.
Skill in: Communicating effectively in both written and verbal form, interviewing techniques, managing multiple priorities, effective time management practices, de-escalation skills, problem-solving skills, and managing change and conflict.
Ability to: Manage time and deal with multiple priorities, problem solving, exercise sound judgment, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, make decisions, maintain information in confidential manner, listen well, maintain records and data, use the computer programs and communicate effectively including via the computer. Encourage staff to work towards their full potential and to provide excellent services to our patients and their fellow co-workers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related field preferred.
