ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

Leadership Opportunity

As an IT Manager with ICBD, you will oversee providing supervisory technical support to the organization; maintaining computer systems including both hardware and software, networks, and firewalls to ensure optimal performance. This will ensure that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. You will work with the IT Director on IT strategy and in executing the IT roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the IT Director and other IT Managers to ensure alignment with IT goals and operational efficiency
• Managing local and regional IT team members across your region.
• Manage and triage service requests via the IT Help Desk.
• Execute assigned tasks planned in the roadmap or the IT area, including security tasks, systems upgrades, software deployments, and others.
• Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.
• Working closely with other department managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure.
• Liaise with vendors.

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT supervisory/management role
• Prior experience managing team in a multi-site environment.
• Experience working with IT service management software.
• Regional travel (required)

Expertise Needed

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365, Networking, HIPPA, and IT Security.
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
• Experience with the network administration (Cisco certification a plus)
• Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365 Admin (e.g., Power BI), Salesforce, AWS, and Azure Cloud.
• Certifications and experience in healthcare companies a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
