Pall Corporation is seeking a extraordinary teammate to fill the position of an IT Infrastructure Analyst to work onsite at our location in New Port Richey Florida . The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the user first, is highly focused on working with a collaborative infrastructure support team and is eager to own and solve user problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, a creative problem solver who can work with all team members to solve infrastructure escalations quickly and have fun doing it! We are a dynamic, fast-paced team environment that flourishes when solving problems.

Your time will be spent responding to complex incidents, identifying, and resolving problems and escalating where appropriate. In addition, you will manage smaller projects and team resources. You will also be responsible for new infrastructure project planning and implementation as well as existing project cancelation, modification, or improvement.
Essential job functions

Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops and local manufacturing equipment

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.

Provide technical guidance to users and management for desktop support services.

Support local manufacturing systems.

Configuration, installation & deployment of all PC’s and PC related peripherals.

Participate in projects, implementations and rollouts as directed by the Manager/Supervisor.

Implementation and support of network operating systems and services.

Develop a working knowledge of department specific applications.

Stay on top of technical aspects of PC-LAN computing environment.

Provide Manager/Supervisor with equipment projections and assist with purchasing.

See opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Contribute to meeting the departmental key performance indicators.

Work safely and align with company’s health safety and environmental policies and procedures
Minimum qualifications

Three or more years current experience in desktop support including network applications / operating systems / hardware.

Applicable degree program or IT industry certification including ITIL ( Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is preferred

Demonstrated strength in PC / Hardware and associated peripherals, network hardware and management tools, network operating systems and applications, Microsoft O/S, Server and Desktop, user documentation and diagnostic tools.

O365, Active Directory , Enterprise level support for Microsoft environments.

Ability to work onsite full time in New Port Richey Florida facility

US Citizen or permanent resident with ability to travel with valid driver’s license; ability to work off core business hours as required
