Job description
IT Director. Ideal candidate will have at least 4+ Years of IT Experience.
Must have experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
Also, experience with servers (VMWare) and/or network equipment (Ideal candidate will have both); Office 365 (And tools like Teams, Exchange Admin Center); working with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS. Must be organized and proficient with documenting processes. Have experience with Door Access Control and using Remote Management tools, a plus.
Candidate will manage and implement IT infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Computers, Servers, etc.), provide technical support services to the end users of the agency, and create and update policies and procedures where necessary.
