About the job
What we're looking for doola is seeking a person certified by the IRS as an acceptance agent to join our team.
We don't take phenomenal service for granted: it's core to the success of our company, brand, and product development. In this role, you'll report to and work directly with our Customer Success lead to help entrepreneurs all over the world obtain ITIN/EIN. This is an incredible opportunity to make a huge impact on how we deliver the product to our customers, helping them to launch and run the business in the US.

What you will do

● Working directly with our Customer Success lead and Customer Success Operations lead, you’ll be responsible for applying for EIN/ITIN on behalf of our customers.

● Ensure that all SS-4 applications are processed properly and on time, so not a single one slips through the cracks as we onboard more and more customers.

● Manage our relationship with the IRS and communicate with them on daily basis to get SS-4 applications approved or updated as soon as possible.

● Systematize, document, and continuously improve existing procedures.
● Create content for our team and customers to educate them about the EIN/ITIN application process, pitfalls, and specifics.
● Additional projects as they arise, in line with how you are looking to grow in your career!

Who you are

● Certified as an Acceptance Agent by the IRS
● Patient, highly organized, resourceful, eager to help and provide a solution for any challenge
● A strong believer in fully owning and understanding the parameters of our projects and attacking tasks on an end-to-end basis to ensure they are followed through.
● Excellent attention to detail, operations, and communication skills.
● A hunger to create and improve systems and a flexible, humble, and curious mindset.
● Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
