The Asset Management Team at Security Properties is hiring a Financial Analyst. Security Properties and its partners have averaged approximately $1B of acquisitions per year the last four years making them the largest buyer based in the Pacific Northwest. Security Properties believes in proactive communications with partners, lenders, and employees, and invests heavily in the training of its people to ensure the longevity of our business relationships.

Job Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will perform a variety of financial analysis of multifamily investment properties, support Asset Managers, and prepare recurring and one-off reports for investors and senior management. You will support the Asset Managers by understanding the assets, the partners, the business strategy, and the challenges. Additionally, you will participate on regular calls with the properties and equity partners to review strategy, financial performance, and address areas of underperformance.

Qualifications

Requirements for this role include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year of experience in financial/data analysis with a strong preference for prior real estate experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
