ProHealth Physicians is a physician-led medical group with 85 practice locations throughout Connecticut serving more than 10% of the state's residents. We empower physicians and advanced clinicians to better serve patients through enhanced care processes in support of improved patient outcomes. Formed in 1997, ProHealth Physicians has grown to include more than 350 primary care and specialty clinicians and offers select specialty and diagnostic/therapeutic services.

This position will be a 50/50 time split between fulfilling supply orders in the central supply warehouse and assisting with online record organization and destruction in order to maintain our record retention policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fulfills orders of medical supplies and PPE placed by practice sites
• Receives deliveries of PPE supplies and medical practice supplies at loading dock and maintains stockroom inventory
• Maintains a clean and organized stockroom
• Works together as a team with all employees of ProHealth Physicians in an effort to improve its services to the customer base
• Ensure records and files are stored and managed in accordance with record management procedures and regulations
• Ensure confidentiality regulations and roles are complied with when filing and storing documents
• Create electronic/ paper files needed to store documents
• Review records to identify files that can be shredded or submitted to record storage
• Submit files to records management using appropriate procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Access to reliable transportation

Connecticut Residents Only: The hourly range for Connecticut residents is $16.00 to $27.31.
