Our client in Elgin is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with excellent benefits to include Medical Insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and holiday pay. 401K available after 12 months of employment.

Hours: 7am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $65,000 to $70,000/year DOE

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for every aspect of inventory management. This includes everything from inventory tracking to conducting an inventory audit to inventory maintenance and more.

Job Description:

• Maintaining inventory data on a daily basis.
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycle counts; investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
• Entering daily production data in the inventory system
• Receiving all incoming goods into inventory system
• Work closely with co-packers for inventory reporting

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
