Interventional Radiology Nurse

We are now offering a $8,000 sign on bonus, in addition to a $5,000 retention bonus ($2,000 paid at 1yr and another $3,000 paid at 2yr mark)!
Are you an experienced Critical Care or Interventional Radiology RN? Willing to train the right RN that is eager to learn and become an IR RN!
The Registered Nurse, IR RN will work within our Interventional Radiology/Imaging Services Dept.
As an Interventional Radiology RN, you will assist the physician in caring for the patient with conscious sedation and monitoring of patients undergoing interventional/Imaging procedures. Procedures performed in Interventional Radiology include a wide array of interesting procedures including Angiograms, infusion port placement, thoracentesis, paracentesis, control of GI hemorrhage, biopsies, various drains, stroke treatment and care of patients with traumatic injuries.
Hours:
- 7am - 5:30p, Mon. - Fri.
- rotating on-call schedule
Requirements:
- Registered nurse licensed in the District of Columbia
- Current CPR certification is mandatory
- ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 2yrs critical care experience
