Description

A Painter will perform daily activities under the direction of Ardenbrook Maintenance Services Crew Leaders. Painters are responsible for painting, repairing and constructing interior/exterior building walls on residential/ commercial properties. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive; an employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management, as required. This job description does not constitute a written or implied contract of employment.

Qualifications

-Familiarity with paint rollers, paint brushes, paint sprayers, pressure washers, laddersafety and any other basic sundry related to painting

-Ability to safely climb on a ladder up to 20’

-Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines

-Keep accurate written records of daily work performed

-Drug Free

-Clean Background & DMV

Education/Experience Requirements

*High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
*Any Job-related Certifications
*Any Previous Experience in Facilities/Property Management
