This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
This position may be eligible for a partial hybrid telecommuting schedule after the initial training period is complete.
Essential Functions
- Oversees, manages, and executes an Integrated LISC Schedule (ILS) using defined milestones and tasks in support of the Eastern and Western Ranges
- Monitors the integration of LISC and non-LISC schedules that could impact the execution of LISC projects and identify potential conflicts between Launch events and LISC/LTRS projects for over-allocated range assets
- Oversees the maintenance of the Integrated LISC Schedule
- Presents weekly reports from the ILS depicting conflicts between contracts and launch activities and brief stakeholders and senior management of LISC project impacts and scheduling conflicts
- Tracks, monitors, and analyze projects on the Western Range, including launch activities and other contractor integration activities
- Identifies dependencies between activities necessary to achieve key events or milestones
- Meets with Project Managers to review required Range assets and project dependencies
- Supports Range and Contractor meetings with ILS data
- Creates ad hoc schedules as required for special projects
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 (five) years Range and Scheduling experience
- Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-SP Certification is a plus
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Solid Microsoft Project skills to create custom views and filters for specific milestones and activities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Working knowledge of OnePager Pro is preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated from the COVID-19 virus, which means two weeks have passed since a single-shot vaccine or the second dose of a two-shot vaccine. Requests for medical or religious accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License

The salary range for this role is $76,970 to $120,485; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
