Job description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct complete intakes to determine eligibility and calculate awards with accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Build and maintain organized client files.
- Enter client data to required systems with accuracy.
- Work with vendors to provide services to shared clients.
- Assist in processing reports as needed.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as directed.
- Perform other related duties as requested by manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous interviewing experience or work with the public preferred.
- Proven ability to prepare reports and handle oral and written communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Office computer experience, including basic knowledge of word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator.
- Must demonstrate and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

This position is expected to start at $19, with potential to increase over time based on expanded job responsibilities, experience, and growth within HopeSource.
