Intake Recruiter
We are seeking a Intake Recruiter to join our internal team. The Intake Recruiter is responsible for the daily intake of applicants. We are seeking someone who is personable, determined, and driven to make a difference. The ideal candidate; you can see beyond a problems, respond to situations in crafty ways, and put a positive and professional spin on any situation. Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 9am-3pm M-F Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
- Inputting applicants information into system
- Work closely with the Employment Specialist and the FOC to synchronize the interview and office visit for each applicant
- Review online applications and respond to all as directed.
- Develop and maintain professional knowledge of the market and staffing industry.

- Job Posting on professional job site and internal sites
- Assist Recruiters
Qualification:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Customer service or sales experience
- Understanding of common business practices and procedures
- High school diploma/GED
- Computer Savvy
- Professional Writing Skills
