Intake Attorney
Impact:
As our Intake Attorney, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.
Daily Tasks:
- Determine viability of potential cases.
- Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.
- Travel to location to speak with and sign clients.
- Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.
- At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment.
- Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment.
