Salary Range: $32000.00 - $42000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes, close sales, cross-sell, and help clients round out their accounts.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- Use your savvy skills to assist clients with policy changes and shop renewals.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in taking payments and obtaining referrals.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to think critically.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
- Bilingual, English and Spanish Preferred.
