We are a family oriented Orthodontic Practice seeking a reliable, highly motivated, super friendly individual for our front/insurance position. We are a growing orthodontic practice in the Streamwood & Franklin Park areas. You will be the first person to meet and greet our patients. You will also assist our patient coordinator with verifying orthodontic insurance benefits.

We are offering 16+ hrs on Mondays & Fridays 7:30-5:00 in the Streamwood office & 8+ hrs on Thursdays 7:30-5:00 in the Franklin Park office. One Saturday 7:30-1:00 on alternating months.

Responsibilities will include: Answering telephones, greeting patients. Interacting with patients in a positive professional manner. Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office schedule. Ensuring very patient has an appointment scheduled before leaving the office. Checking messages and returning patient calls.

Additional responsibilities will become available: such as reviewing financial responsibilities, processing payments and verifying orthodontic insurance benefits.

Dental experience is not necessary, but helpful. Spanish is helpful.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Weekend availability

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
