Interior Logic Group provides technology-enabled interior design, supply chain management and installation services for high-value interior finishes, such as Flooring, Countertops, Cabinets and Window Coverings. Its three core divisions include Interior Logic Group Builder Services, Interior Logic Group Property Services and Interior Logic Group Fulfillment Services. Interior Logic Group collectively serves residential builders, commercial contractors, multifamily property owners and operators, single family rental companies and retailers, operating 225 locations across twenty-nine states.
Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Installation Manager is to schedule and manage all installations in the field. Responsibilities include making sure all installation quality expectations are met, timely completions, and prompt customer service. Field Managers will work directly with the Installation Manager and will help ensure expectations are met for all field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains workforce to support volume and skills required of customer requests through effective recruitment practices. Monitors and ensures installation contractor workforce is balanced according to company standards and guidelines- Provides feedback to installers regarding installation outcomes vs. company standards.
- Provides feedback and holds installers accountable for installation standards while maintaining strong relationships. Regularly communicates challenges, changes and expectations with installers.
- Ensures all contractors adhere to compliance standards. Notifies installers of upcoming changes or requirements needed to maintain compliance and follows up to satisfy requirements in a timely manner.
- Assesses special projects and provides sound guidance to ensure product challenges and installation requirements are addressed upfront for a successful install.
- Responsible to provide instruction and direction to each install crew, and subcontractors to ensure all expectations are met on a regular basis.
- Work orders are efficiently processed and accurately reflect type and quantity of services and materials used according to company standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for understanding installation contractor capacities and capabilities to be able to assign the optimum labor to jobs.
- Assigns installation contractors to jobs and provides all required work order and installation instructions to ensure accurate and complete installations.
- Looks for optimal labor assignment based on geography of work, capabilities, and capacities to deliver on time installations
- Maintains daily and on-going communication and feedback with installation contractors to obtain overall status of jobs, ensure completion on time, and assist with issue resolution.
- Demonstrates high level of professionalism through communication and interactions with customers and property residents.
- Ensures that all work is performed in a healthy and safe manner.
- Current Valid Driver’s License.
