Position Summary:

Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for speaking with property owner over the phone on a daily basis. You will be in charge of identifying their needs for selling and asking the appropriate questions to determine what type of repairs are needed on their properties. Finally, you will be responsible for negotiating the closing sales price and getting the property under contract.

We are looking for a MOTIVATED TEAM PLAYER with enthusiasm and drive to be the best!
Real Estate License and experience is NOT required, but sales experience is a MUST
This position is for a person who loves getting deals done. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
9 am - 6 pm CST
** THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION**

Salary and Compensation:
$2,000/MO + 5-10% Commission
