Description:
The Inside Sales Rep will provide support to the North American Sales Team. Specifically identify, qualify and penetrate leads to the field. The Inside Sales Rep will use lists and databases from strategic accounts, target campaigns, marketing events and 3 rd party services.
Responsibilities:
- Out-Bound calling and emailing to penetrate, identify, and clear qualified leads from strategic accounts from lunch & learns, show events, webinars and target campaigns.
- Schedule web demos, sales appointments for all Regional Sales Managers
- Modify lead stage in SaleForce.com and Marketo
- Update weekly tracking of all qualified leads converted to opportunities
Required Skills:
- Demonstrates sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized with effective time and activity management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Goal oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly/yearly goals
- Knowledgeable in SaleForec.com
- Systems literacy knowledge in MS office, Excel, Word and Internet
- Self confident with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
Education:
- BS in Business Administration Marketing or related fields

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. On target earnings for this position is expected to be $70,000 – $100,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and this position is also eligible for commissions based on the terms of the Sales Compensation Plan
