Basic Responsibilities:

To provide superior customer service for Industrial Division accounts. Supporting the sales growth initiatives of the department. Answering incoming customer calls, and processing order entry functions into the Bennett system. Building, and maintaining customer confidence with

Bennett Supply Co. capabilities in a B to B environment.

Job Description:

The following items provide a representative listing of the duties to be performed by the position.

• Develop product, customer, and order entry system skills necessary to process orders for the Industrial Division customer base.
• Answering incoming customer sales calls.
• Entering and processing customer orders into the Bennett system.
• Exhibiting excellent customer service actions that align company capabilities with customer expectations.
• Build customer relationships, loyalty, and sales through call processing and the follow up activities necessary to meet customer needs.
• Communications with the Industrial Department team that includes, reporting relevant customer behavior, job leads, sample & literature requests, and competitive information.
• Operate as team member within the Industrial group providing excellent Customer

Service. Other duties as necessary to position for Customer and departmental success.

• A hybrid work from home schedule is an option for this position after an extensive training and on boarding period.
• The position reports to the Cheswick Industrial Division Business Manager.
