Job description
Directly supervises a dozen or more employees in the Maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include:
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR/MANAGER EXPERIENCE!
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in a related field preferred, with a minimum of five years related experience in a management position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
