Your Responsibilities
As a OEM Account Manager for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND, Waterloo, IA, Moline, IL or Cary, NC, you will...
- Establish and maintain effective OEM customer relationships by understanding their unique needs through development and execution of customer business plans.
- Develop and implement preferred/exclusive customer purchasing agreements and contracts, including responses to request for proposal/project (RFPs), as appropriate.
- Serve as a single point of contact to make it easier for customer(s) to do business with John Deere
- Manage after-sales support activities to ensure long term, profitable customer relationships.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities with existing accounts and new customers alike.

What Skills You Need
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks.
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility – displays, telematics, controllers, sensors, power electronics
What Makes You Stand Out
Demonstrated sales and marketing skills- Successful negotiating and selling skills
- Four or more years experience with Marketing, enterprise customer acquisition, and customer support processes
- Four or more years of sales experience, preferably within a John Deere unit or division
- Four or more years selling directly to an end-user customer in a retail environment
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering, Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent work experience.
