The Nile Health Network operates a significant Home and Community-Based Services program throughout the Phoenix area that provides caregiving services to those with developmental disabilities. We provide training and continuing education, resources and supports to our Wellness Coaches from the start of employment and throughout. We have several opportunities available and are looking to fill shifts immediately. Shifts and work schedules vary per client’s needs.

Candidates must have experience working with teenagers, behaviors, and medications and must feel comfortable using sensory tools. Training will be provided on the use of sensory tools.
The Responsibilities - HCBS: • Providing direct care service and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. • Assisting individuals with personal hygiene, meal time assistance, dental care, medical monitoring, and household chores. • Modeling appropriate social behavior and positive use of free time with recreational activity, both in the home and community. • Redirecting behaviors as needed. • Promoting and ensuring a safe environment for clients. •
This position requires the ability to work autonomously and with little to no direct supervision. Candidates must feel comfortable working with clients one-on-one and handling any associated behaviors.
Required Qualifications: • Must be able to pass a level 1 fingerprint clearance background check. • Must have reliable transportation and maintain license and insurance requirements. • Must have reliable communication devices; smart phone and/or laptop

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
