Sharetec is looking for an Implementation Lending Specialist to join our team!

In this role you will partner with new credit union clients to complete assigned lending related setups, training, and onboarding while providing a best in class customer experience and making an excellent first impression.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Remote work is also a possibility. Starting wage is $20.19/hr and is commensurate with experience.

As an Implementation Lending Specialist you will:

• Complete assigned tasks by project due dates
• Work with 3rdparty vendors to activate lending solutions such as e-signatures, loan forms, indirect lending, and more.
• Create and conduct virtual learning experiences to familiarize new clients with the lending product suite.
• Work together with the client to troubleshoot lending related needs that occur during go-live.
• Occasionally travel to client sites with teammates.
• Keep a close eye on lending related production files for the first live month.
• Work collaboratively with team members from across the Sharetec platform.

You should have:

• Required: 2+ years direct client functions in the financial services industry.
• Required: Associates Degree or higher, or related work experience
• Required: Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, rent vehicles, and drive and/or fly and drive to client sites.
• Preferred: Client consulting experience
• Preferred: Lending experience
• Experience working with customer stakeholders to deliver project requirements
• Experience juggling multiple tasks with varying due dates.
• Passion for creating high quality user experiences
• Ownership mentality and ability to handle projects through to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagle eye for accuracy
• Solution focused with a “Can Do” mentality
• Desire to help teammates to ensure project success
