Job description

This position is community based providing integrated assessment, evaluation and screening; crisis assessment and intervention services; case management; symptom assessment and management including medication administration, monitoring and education; group therapy; recovery support services; direct assistance to obtain the basic necessities of daily life and perform basic daily living activities

This position could be full time or part time depending on the candidate. Full time position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and is fully benefited. This position does require some evening hours and every other weekend.

Applicant must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license, good communication and writing skills.

Requirements: At least an associates degree in the social sciences or human services field or a bachelor's degree in a human services field and two years of related experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
