This is a very unique position combining two elements. You must be able to comply with both requirements for consideration.

1.We are seeking an immigration lawyer and or paralegal with experience in U.S. non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2. Are you experienced with immigration matters like these as well- EB3, H1B, L1? Please apply.

2. We are also seeking someone who is willing to create 3 immigration related videos per week approx. 8-12 min in length for education purposes. You must be comfortable on camera and demonstrating knowledge of the immigration topics at hand. Content will be available on our site. This is a fun project for someone who also enjoys marketing and or being a spokesperson.

If you are comfortable with representing our law firm on video as part of your job, please send a 1 minute clip in English and Spanish regarding a popular immigration topic such as "green card" issues. Please send it to lawfirm@marcellatm. com
