Human Resources Director

A director-level HR leadership opportunity to join Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) and help drive continued growth and success as we deliver on our vision to be the most sought-after transportation provider in the world.

Reporting to the VP of HR & Organizational Development, the Human Resources Director has enterprise-wide impact and is an effective coach, leader and change-agent within the HR team and across the organization. Focus areas will include benefits, compensation, systems administration, employee relations and services, performance management, compliance and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join a stable and trusted organization that serves over 5,000 domestic and international customers.

Location: This is a full-time, onsite position located at our corporate headquarters at 725 Opportunity Drive, St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Opportunity Summary: The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources (HR) functions and team including benefits, compensation, systems administration, employee relations and services, performance management, compliance and HR administration. The director designs, plans, and implements related strategies, programs and services while ensuring efficient and effective management procedures and processes of existing programs/plans are in place. Working in collaboration with leadership, team members and HR/OD leadership, the director ensures these strategies and practices are aligned with the Vision, Mission and Values of ATS as well as meeting our competitive positioning strategy and regulatory requirements. Goal alignment, metrics, financial and ROI analysis, and competitive research/analysis are all important functions of this position. The director has enterprise-wide impact and, is an effective coach, leader and change-agent within the HR team and across the organization. As a director of ATS, will exhibit organizational leadership, build bench strength, institute system accountability and drive the business forward. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
