HUMAN RESOURCES & BENEFITS COORDINATOR – HYBRID – $65,000 - LINCOLNSHIRE

Ø Salary $60,000-$65,000 plus bonus

HUMAN RESOURCES & BENEFITS COORDINATOR responsibilities:

• Coordinate open enrollment paperwork and processes
• Respond to employees regarding benefit questions, coordinate on-boarding for all new employees, and help employees with vendor portals
• Process monthly billings from insurance providers, and reviews billings for accuracy
• Resolves discrepancies with carriers, human resources and accounting
• Administer leaves and short-term disability along with state regulations
• Maintain and update employee records; Respond to employment verifications
• Update and post job descriptions
• Screen and forward resumes; schedule interviews
• Process pre-employment paperwork and reports
• Assist with processing payroll and managing attendance records

HUMAN RESOURCES & BENEFITS COORDINATOR Qualifications:

• 1 year of benefits experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong communications and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
