The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing administrative HR-related duties. Employee Onboarding, file maintenance, employee online training and employee relations.

Job Duties:

· Oversee and coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks and onboarding online training and separations

· Communicate with various department managers and follow ups with onboarding process.

· Backup for Payroll processing/ Time a Labor record keeping

· Maintain Employee records

· Understanding labor law and disciplinary procedures

· Understanding and assisting with employee benefits.

· Monitor LOA and FMLA

· Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and info.

· Respond to unemployment claims

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the Human resources field required.

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams. Payroll is processed through Paylocity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
