Job Description
Children's Wisconsin is currently seeking a part time HR Service Center Specialist Compliance position. This role provides back office HR Service Center support to human resources function. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, compliance with employment and regulatory requirements with state and federal employment laws, the Joint Commission, CMS, and COA. The position will coordinate all post-offer requirements for new hires and transfers, including background checks in accordance with the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and the Department of Health & Family Services and/or Department of Children & Families. They will also secure and track education, licensure and certifications as required per the job descriptions. Additionally, this role will communicate and coordinate attendance at New Employee Welcome, accurately document requirements in human resources information system (Workday).
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years relevant experience in the Human Resources function
- Organizational and time management skills to manage a variety of diversified assignments on a timely basis.
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
