Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
Position Overview
- Assist HR Manager in recruiting by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Provide support to applicants through the onboarding process.
- Involves high volume of phone calls to candidates.
- Heavy focus on multi-site custodial staff and operations team hiring.
- Perform background checks and verify new hire information, including I-9 documentation.
- Maintain applicant tracking system for all candidates.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
- At least one year office work or recruitment preferred.
- Must have a strong attendance record.
- Display professional, respectful attitude and have good communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in processes and requisition volumes.
- Basic level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
