The Environmental Services Assistant: Performs a wide range of cleaning, floor care, and laundry services on the main campus and other Medford Leas properties; Accepts indoor and outdoor assignments as requested while utilizing established universal precautions and following department procedures; Consistently demonstrates a positive approach to assignments and demonstrates positive interactions with others.

Requisite Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to follow written and oral directions
Must be able to read, write and speak English
1-3 Years housekeeping experience preferred

Physical Demands:
In order to perform the essential functions of the position, the Environmental Services Assistant must be able to demonstrate manual dexterity and physical agility 95% of the time
The Environmental Services Assistant must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods , vacuum, sweep, mop, push or pull carts, stoop, bend, kneel, carry, and climb stairs and ladders
Duties will be performed within the facility in all areas
Duties may also be performed in residents' apartments
There may also be the need to work outdoors during all seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
