We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at the Broadway Plaza in Rochester, MN. Housekeepers provide flexibility and outstanding service to the Broadway Plaza guests by performing regular cleans and move out cleans that exceed our clients' and guests' expectations.

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain units on a daily or weekly basis.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors.
• Vacuum clean carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers.
• Dispose of trash.
• Clean wash toilets, mirrors, tubs, showers, countertops, stoves/ovens, dishes and fridge.
• Make up beds, change linens, and restock amenities as required.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
• Deep clean kitchen and bathrooms.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the property.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Professional and friendly disposition
