We are looking to add on some experienced housekeepers as independent contractors (1099) for our cleaning business in the Melbourne, Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Port St. Lucie areas. Enjoy a very flexible schedule. Descriptions of the different types of cleanings we offer are found below. You must provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation for each cleaning job. General cleaning
● Tidying spaces
● Sweeping and mopping floors and vacuuming carpets
● Sanitizing surfaces in the kitchen including stove top
● Cleaning visibly soiled areas on the outside of cabinets
● Cleaning exterior of appliances
● Cleaning inside of the microwave
● Sanitizing surfaces in the bathroom including the shower, sink, toilet bowl, seat, and lid
● General dusting throughout the home including ceiling fans
● Taking out trash/recycling
● Making beds
● Cleaning mirrors
● Using a scented spray to leave space smelling fresh
● Cleaning around the toilet base

Deep cleaning (Deep cleaning typically takes longer than a general cleaning service, especially if the deep cleaning is for an entire home. It involves lots of detailed work, which takes more effort and time. A deep clean is recommended for all homes that are not serviced for four or more weeks)
*Deep cleaning involves all aspects of a general cleaning, plus other as needed services that may include but not limited to:
Required Cleaning

Disinfecting wastebaskets
Cleaning knobs and switches
Scrubbing Grout
Cleaning behind and under countertop appliances
Removing soap scum and limescale from fixtures
Deep cleaning of exterior cabinets and backsplash
Cleaning baseboards, window frames, and door frames

Move in/Move out (This will mostly represent jobs associated with apartment cleanings and encompasses features of a general cleaning and a deep cleaning. The property being cleaned should be empty or mostly empty)
● General dusting and sanitizing of all surfaces
● Cleaning outside and inside of all cabinets in the property like in the kitchen and
bathrooms
● Cleaning outside and inside of any appliances that come with the property including
microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, fireplace
● Interior window cleaning that does not require the use of a ladder
● Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets (We do not offer carpet cleaning)
● Cleaning knobs and switches
● Cleaning baseboards, window frames, and door frames
● Removing soap scum and limescale from fixtures as needed
● Scrubbing grout as needed

Short Term Rentals (Think of things like Airbnb or VRBO. Like Movein/Move out, short term rentals encompass features of a general and a deep cleaning, but have an additional responsibility of property monitoring. Please inform us if there is an obvious problem with the cleaning site so we can inform the client to fix the problem prior to the next tenant arriving. This might include things like a leaky sink, broken furniture, broken appliances, etc.)
● Removing bed linens, washing, and putting back on bed
● Washing, drying and folding towels
● General dusting and sanitizing of all surfaces
● Cleaning outside and inside of all cabinets in the property like in the kitchen and
bathrooms as needed (These properties are usually cleaned often. You may or may not
need to dust out the inside of the cabinets. Please use your judgment)
● Cleaning outside and inside of any appliances that come with the property including
microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, fireplace
● Interior window cleaning that does not require the use of a ladder as needed
● Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets (We do not offer carpet cleaning)
● Cleaning knobs and switches as needed
● Cleaning baseboards, window frames, and door frames as needed
● Removing soap scum and limescale from fixtures as needed
● Scrubbing Grout as needed
● *IMPORTANT* Letting us know if there are broken items/furniture on the rental so we can inform the owner.

Post Construction (For either new home builds or property expansion/add on units. There will be a lot of dust. This is considered a deep cleaning. Use the above mentioned guide for a deep clean. It might range from a whole house clean or just a room or two clean. You will need to bring many towels for this type of booking to ensure all dust is cleared from the job site.)
● Deep dusting and sanitizing of all surfaces
● Cleaning outside and inside of all cabinets in the property like in the kitchen and
bathrooms. Dust might collect inside the cabinets and on dishes, spices, or appliances that weren’t removed or taped up properly prior to construction. These will all need to be dusted)
● Cleaning outside of any appliances that come with the property including microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, fireplace that are visibly dirty
● Interior window cleaning that does not require the use of a ladder
● Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets (We do not offer carpet cleaning)
● Cleaning knobs and switches
● Cleaning baseboards, window frames, and door frames
● Removing soap scum and limescale from fixtures as needed
● Scrubbing Grout as needed

Possible add ons/Extras
● Cleaning and disinfecting small kitchen appliances- interior and exterior. Ie toaster ovens, air fryers, etc
● Cleaning and organizing interior cabinets and drawers
● Cleaning the oven and fridge
● Organization
● Laundry and folding
● Dishes
● Cleaning inside cabinets (take everything out)
