Responsibilities

• Cleans all surfaces (furniture, floors, windows, etc.) and décor with appropriate method and product.
• Empties trash.
• Deep cleans rooms as requested.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Neatens/tidies up all facilities as needed.
• Checks rooms for any damages or repairs and report to maintenance department immediately
• Watering and weeding as instructed, of any plants inside building or outside (i.e.: trees, shrubs, grass).
• Maintains and stores outdoor furniture on patios and grounds.
• Walks through buildings to identify any issues or damage and secure company property as needed.
• Picks up, delivers, distributes mail and package deliveries to appropriate staff.
• Refuels of company vehicles as required.
• Provides company transportation with company vehicles as requested (i.e.: shuttling, parking)
• Runs local errands to/from USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, hardware store, convenience/grocery store, bakery, storage units, offsite company properties (i.e.: rentals, Equine barn).
• Launders bathmats and shower curtains bi-weekly or sooner if needed.
• Assists with room preparations for any admissions and discharges.
• Checks cleaning supply stock and restocks inventoried items based on deliveries.
• Assist staff with set up with any trainings, guests, other special events, meetings, parent weekends, and family visits.

Qualifications

• One year’s experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
