Job description

As the House Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- [ ] Interviewing and Hiring

- Publish Ads on Indeed or any other job search platforms.

- Ensure that all candidates have background checks and appropriate experience for the job. -Ensure that you and other staff members are CBRF certified within 90days of employment.

- [ ] Scheduling Shifts

- Schedule staff shifts on calendar

- Get employee’s availability

- Arrange schedule 1 month in advanced

- Fill in any staffing holes or shortages.(be readily available to provide direct care to clients) - Ensure staff request time off is noted, approved and updated on schedule

- [ ] Work and collaborate with clients family members

- monitor the health and well-being of each client to confidently communicate any changes or concerns - Get to know the families and maintain a strong relationship with the family.

- [ ] Ensure compliance to state regulations

- monthly fire safety(sign and check fire extinguisher, frayed cords, or any other fire hazards) - Fire drills and evacuation plan

- Water temperature audits

- [ ] Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures

- Coordinate and perform any training or in-service for staff

- Making sure staff sign out the Medication Administration Record( MAR) - Update MAR monthly

- Update client Individualizes Support Plan (ISPs)

- Ensure staff document a report on each resident for each shift

- [ ] Prepare and complete all weekly/monthly duties appropriately - prepare food menu

- prepare grocery list

- document all client appointments on calendar

- Ensure copies to important documents are readily available.ex: staff time slips, staff schedules, orientation packets, job applications, resident report sheets, etc.

- Audit time slips( make sure that the employee actually work the days that are on their time-slip) ex: someone fill out all of their days on time-slip but calls off.

Wages for Manager duties will be $20 hourly with the maximum of 30 hours a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
